Scope Description
The project involves the following 3 key deliverables: 1. Train the Trainer: Each partner school representative will go through the current curriculum as a student and then select two modules they wish complete for Item 2 and 3. 2. Executive Summary Feedback: Provide a one-page feedback document per module outlining enhancements. The document should also include an anecdote that relates to the topic that we can insert into the curriculum. a. Example: “Did you know that there will be 36,000 new network associate job vacancies in the next year”. Should be related to the module topic, add a break in the module text, and add value to the curriculum. 3. Video Creation: Construct 3 small mini videos that we can embed in each module that is selected from item 1. a. Videos are cumulatively no longer than 25 minutes. i. First video: overview of module topic (5-7 minutes) ii. Second video: quick start on specific content in the module. This can be in-line with the current module or in addition to the current content (10-12 minutes) iii. Third video: summary video to place at the end of the module (5-7 minutes) Content should remain industry-agnostic to the best extent possible so it can be included in both the Healthcare and Logistics versions of the program. Timeline will be set forth on the project worksheet and be executable upon the completion of this contract. An instructional designer will be available to assist in the development of your video product. Pursuant to the agreement with NCAE-C the creator of the video that participates in this project agrees and understands that the videos will be utilized as open source.
