Ben is a Mining Engineering student from Wilmore, KY. While at UK, he’s had the opportunity to intern with Martin Marietta Materials and Coronado Coal. In addition to being an Engineering Ambassador, Ben is a captain for the UK SME International Design Competition Team and has been the Tau Beta Pi Mining Tutor. He hopes to contribute to efficient mining practices and sustainable mining communities throughout his career. During his free time, Ben enjoys spending time with friends and family, serving with Reformed University Fellowship, traveling, and playing the piano.
