“If more than half of the women in your organization felt less optimistic about their career, had experienced non-inclusive behavior, and planned to leave their jobs, would you think it was ok?,” Erica recently tweeted in response to a survey of over 5,000 working women from around the world. This is only one of the challenges Erica will discuss during the event.

The event will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, April 8 in the Harris Ballroom in the Gatton Student Center. Lunch will be provided for all College of Engineering faculty, staff and students who RSVP here, by Friday, April 1.
