Sara Gabbard is a Recruiter for the UK College of Engineering. In this role, she serves students from her recruitment area, working primarily with students from Tennessee, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, and Texas. She also visits high schools, attends college fairs, and hosts events both on and off campus for prospective students.

Prior to joining the College of Engineering, Sara worked as an Admissions Counselor in the UK Office of Undergraduate Admissions. She also worked as a Campus Staff for a college ministry called Campus Outreach after her graduation from UK, further igniting her love for working and connecting with college-aged students.

Sara lives in Lexington, KY. In her free time, Sara enjoys reading, taking walks at the Arboretum, listening to podcasts, and spending time with her friends, family, and two adorable nieces.
