College of Engineering students, faculty, and staff may use this form to request off-hours access to various CoE rooms that are controlled by electronic locks. Your right to access the requested room will be verified before access is actually granted.
To complete this form, you will need your UK student, faculty, or staff ID card. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
Chemical and Materials Engineering Faculty, Staff, and Graduate Students may request access to the Sam J. Whalen Building:
ECE areas
Allows Electrical Engineering undergraduate and graduate students to request access to FPAT labs.
Computer Science TAs may request access to 205 Engineering Annex and 211 RGAN
Mining Juniors, Seniors, and Graduate Students may request access to 125 and 248 MMRB
ME Juniors and Seniors may request access to RGAN 312 while they are taking ME 411 and ME 412. Your enrollment in one of these courses will be confirmed before access is granted, and you must acknowledge that you have read and will abide by the lab rules for RGAN 312.
