Application for Special Exam

Almost any course offered at the University is available for credit by special examination, regardless of whether a student has audited the course, is currently enrolled in it, or has studied it independently.  Read full description on the Registrar's office website.

Scholarships

Our engineering students are very competitive for UK's Academic Scholarships, for instance, 70% of students have received some type of scholarship and of those awarded, 50% are $10,000 or more with 91% receiving $5000 or more.

Scholarships for Current Civil Engineering Students

We want to give you the extra edge you need to succeed! The College of Engineering awards scholarships to freshmen, continuing, and transfer students. Most engineering scholarships are partial awards ranging from $500.00 to $5,000.00 per year, and the average first-year scholarship ranges from $1,500.00 to $3,000.00.
