The Kentucky Army National Guard will be landing BLACK HAWK utility helicopters on UK’s campus Thurday, September 19 at the UK Club Sports Field. The event, which is organized by the Engineering Living Learning Program, is free and open to the public.
Faculty members from the UK Stanley and Karen Pigman College of Engineering’s new Aerospace Engineering program will also be displaying unmanned aerial vehicle technologies and sharing information about the new aerospace programs. UK has the only aerospace engineering program for undergraduate students in the state.
Engineering student organizations will be participating in an involvement fair.
