Chris Blackden has been a research scientist with KTC’s Traffic and Safety program since 2014. His primary research interest is in geographic information systems (GIS), which he has worked with for over 15 years. Mr. Blackden holds a BA in Economics and Geography from the University of Southern Maine, and he earned his PhD in Geography from the University of Kentucky.
