Ken Agent has 35 years of transportation-related research experience at the Center, and an additional 10 years of experience with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC). In his current role, Mr. Agent conducts research in traffic and safety. He has been the author of over 300 technical reports and 60 national publications. He teaches workshops through the Technology Transfer program, and he has worked with the Safety Circuit Rider program since its inception in 2005. He investigates Board of Claims cases for KYTC, and has done so for the past 30 years. Mr. Agent received a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky in 1970 and his Master’s in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky in 1973.
