Paul Ross is a Principal Research Scientist at the Kentucky Transportation Center within the College of Engineering at the University of Kentucky. Mr. Ross works in Traffic and Safety research and collaborates with other research program areas. He also manages KTC's IT and is a part of KTC's Marketing and Communications team. He has a master's degree in Information Communication Technology (ICT) and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, both from the University of Kentucky.
