Ruthie is from Winchester, Kentucky and is majoring in computer science with a minor in business analytics. She is Freshman Connection Chair of Engineering Student Council, as well as the Southeast Technology Coordinator for the National Association of Engineering Student Councils. She is also an active member in Society of Women Engineers (SWE). Ruthie is in the Scholars in Engineering and Management (SEAM) honors pathway in the Lewis Honors College and plans to pursue an MBA. During Ruthie’s free time, she enjoys being active, traveling, going to sporting events, and watching movies. She adores the Pigman College of Engineering and has found her community within the ELLP.
