Yasamin is a senior in Chemical Engineering persuing an Environmental Engineering Certificate from Lexington Kentucky. This is her third year being Peer Mentor for the Engineering LLP. Yasamin Participated in the 2023 summer REU research program at the University of Kentucky. Her research revolved aroundn the Synthesis of Silica Nanoparticles and Transport of Particles Across Membranes. Summer of 2024 she received an internship with Ecolab as an Engineering Technical Sales Intern. Outside of school she works at grassroots pharmacy, loves to play volleyball, and go on hikes with her fanmily and friends.
