The ground floor will be the new home of the Makers Space, Machine Shop, Metal Shop, Wood Shop, and Student Organization Competition teams.
The first floor will have observation area overlooking the machine shop, metal shop and wood shop. It will also have dedicated areas for capstone projects.
The second floor will be primarily for instruction. Two 80 person classrooms and a large 150 person classroom as well as two instructional labs will be on this floor.
The third floor will 18 offices and two meeting rooms.
The fourth floor will be the new home of the F. Joseph Halcomb III, M.D. Department of Biomedical Engineering. Complete with a state of the art wet lab research, human subject research labs and computational research lab. This floor will also serve as the office and collaborative space for graduate students.
The top loft will be a large meeting space overlooking central campus.
